Doctors Loan

A non-collateral, low interest, cash loan for medical practitioners, Optometrists, Dentists, and Veterinarians with valid PRC License. The Doctors Loan we offer can be applied for even without your personal appearance. All you need to do is furnish us with all the documentary requirements provided below and we will help you with your Doctors Loan application. Pre-Qualification Requirements for Doctor's Loan Applicants

• Must be Filipino Citizen
• Between the age of 21 to 59 years old upon loan maturity. 60 years old and above must possess SPA (Special Power of Attorney). Up to 65 years old if with collateral
• Legitimate contact numbers (this will be checked)
• Documented source of income
• Co-maker is required (for dentist and vet)

Documentary Requirements

1. Clear copy of PRC I.D. (or proof of renewal if expired)
2. 3 Months copy of latest Bank Statement (CA/SA) or list of clients/patient's ledger
3. Completely filled up Doctor's Loan Application Form
4. Latest 2x2 pictures (3 pcs.)
5. Photocopy of 2 valid I.D.'s
6. Latest proof of billing (electric or water bill)

Loanable Amount: P100,000 to P500,000

Interest Rate

2.0% add-on per month (for Gen Practitioner, Ophthalmologist)
2.5% add-on per month (for Optometrist, Dentist, Veterinarian)

Processing Fee

5% + P150 (Metro Manila)
5% + P200 (provinces)

Processing Time: 1 to 5 working days

Terms of Payment:

3 months
6 months
9 months
12 months

Mode of Payment: PDC (Post Dated Checque)

The Doctors Loan we offer can be applied with even without personal appearance. All you need to do is to fill up the Doctors Loan application form that we will provide and submit all the documentary requirements listed above. The only time you need to present yourself at our office is when claiming the Doctors Loan you applied for whose approval and release can be as fast as 1 day or same day release of your Doctors Loan.
